Horrible Company, Deceitful

Please please please, DO NOT USE Shipmonk. They will bankrupt and destroy your business. Their billing is not transparent, their warehouse is careless, the make LOTS of errors and the loss will take WEEKS to clean up. STAY AWAY

Very high costs for a very poor service!

Very poor service! You pay for high shipping costs, but customers receive their packages 5-6 days delayed! You file a claim for lost, damaged, incorrect packages, they just circle back and say reach out to the shipping company! I mean, we are their customers! They should be the one to file the claim to the shipping companies they are in contact with! When you file a claim/complaint/ticket, you will couple of days before you get a response, and guess what? no resolution! Thanks, Shipmonk!

Very poor service! Not worth it

Very poor service in terms of responding clients concerns; when they are going to ship out and send packages, it will take so long! They are not fast and very unreliable. Customer receives wrong items & colors; damaged items and others. Lastly, shipping fees are very costly, not worth with what you paid for in their bad service.

Very unreliable

Very unreliable. When you fulfill an order it takes how many days before a tracking number becomes available. Sometimes they will post a tracking number but with no result.

One of the most deceitful businesses ever DO NOT USE

One of the most deceitful businesses I have ever dealt with.They increased our storage fees from $500 to $2000+ per month without even notifying us. Can not get a refund.DO NOT EVER consider using Shipmonk.

Our company will no longer be using…

Our company will no longer be using shipmonk. Our specific issue probably isn't important, but suffice it to say that they had an issue with measuring our products and asked us to pay money to get it resolved. The entire process took a very long time. In that extended period our order was canceled. They even ended up charging us for pick and pack fees on items that we not sold due to their problem. They've been so helpful in helping our…

They've been so helpful in helping our business grow to the level that it has. There would've been no way for us to scale as quickly without them. They have really amazing customer service and are always a call away to help us with any issues. Highly recommend them!

The interface is quite easy to use…

The interface is quite easy to use along with the graphics. Also, everything is so well organized. I also like how the inventory section can organize the number of products from least to most which have been helpful for my work.
