Helping Hands

We transitioned to Shipmonk a little over a year ago. Working with Shipmonk allows us to maintain our timely shipping even when there are fluctuations in our order volume. The UI is easy overall. I'm looking forward to future improvements that will provide the clients with more visibility which will also help conserve everyone's time. Our Happiness Engineer is responsive and supportive. If you need fulfillment and shipping services, Shipmonk is a good option.

It is a bit pricey and hard to dispute…

It is a bit pricey and hard to dispute the delivery with the carrier that Shipmonk has already confirmed. If it's possible I hope they can be transparent with how they do the packaging whenever we file a claim, because we can only rely on what they report to us. It'll be good to at least send us proof that you did the packaging neatly and correctly. On the contrary, we are happy with their customer service.

Wouldn't Have Made over $3,000,000 Last Year Without Shipmonk!

Best 3PL service provider I've worked with

The technology/software is top notch. I've used 3 3PLs in the past with three different softwares. Shipmonk is night and day the best and has incredibly robust functionality that makes shipping/logistics management much easier. Love the UI and features they have implemented. Love working with Shipmonk

Love working with Shipmonk. I've tried working with other fulfilment services and they don't come close. Mistakes happen (as they do anywhere) but with Shipmonk they're very, very rare and when they do happen, customer service is always there to help. I couldn't recommend them enough.

We've been working with shipmonk for the past 3 months and have had a great experience from the sales process through the onboarding to the actual running of our fulfilment. There is visibility into the statuses of each order, plus you can see the costs broken down for both fulfilment and shipping fees. Seemless transition, Speedy Shipemnts, Portal with easy modifications

We moved to Shipmonk in May 2021. They went above and beyond to get our inventory and our orders transitioned seamlessly. They exceeded our expecataions. Their portal is very easy to use and we appreciate being able to modify orders and the extra fraud protection. We aren't used to all these luxuries.
