Customer Service is terrible!
I was really frustrated with the customer support (or 'Happiness Engineers'). The support person I worked with sent me emails with incorrect pallet sizes and dimensions. When I asked for confirmation of the pallet dimensions and for some changes to be made to the pallets I was told the changes were made but the pallet dimensions didn't change. Accurate and on-time
We had a brief experience with Shipmonk (just over a year) and were happy with their work. Boxes were accurate, on-time and staff was friendly. The software was easy to learn and use. We only moved away from their service because our life circumstances changed in a way that allowed us to bring shipping in-house.
