Accurate and on-time
We had a brief experience with Shipmonk (just over a year) and were happy with their work. Boxes were accurate, on-time and staff was friendly. The software was easy to learn and use. We only moved away from their service because our life circumstances changed in a way that allowed us to bring shipping in-house.

I absolutely love ShipMonk
I absolutely love ShipMonk! Their seamless integration with the Shopify cart is what led me to them. From my first call to ask questions about the service, to the onboarding process these guys made me feel like I had a team working with me to get my product up on the market. So Far So Good
We moved to Shipmonk due to the increase in volume that we were doing along with the analytics they have to offer. The communication has been well with Michaela, Kerry, and Carmen and they are always happy to help. There is a lot of self education with the software but it is typically user friendly. They were able to get 7000 orders our in 2 days for us. The only charge that is difficult to track is the additional surcharges, residential delivery fee, and fuel surcharges. These sometimes ...

Great platform, great customer support
We are a growing startup and we use Shipmonk to ship our goods, and we've had a great experience. We integrate directly with them (not via shopify etc), and the api was easy to set up and works smoothly. They do 'kittings' for us periodically as well where they will manually put together boxes of goods for us (like a subscription box), and always do a good and timely job. For all your Fulfillment needs, Shipmonk is the way to Go
We have been using Shipmonk as our prime Fulfillment center for years. No other company we have used in the past can compare to the service we receive with Shipmonk.
