Shipmonk is a great software platform…
Shipmonk is a great software platform and we've had an awesome experience thus far using them as our 3PL. Their support team really ensures you're looked after and their communication is strong. Would absolutely recommend working with them!

ShipMonk has been a really great partner with excellent customer service. Like everywhere, last year with the pandemic and then a blow out November/December, and then lingering effects of COVID-19 there were several unavoidable issues and delays but it is very clear ShipMonk had the leadership and strategy on how to come out of it and put in a lot of new tactics to make sure they are in a better position next year. Unbelievably Horrible!!!
Horrible experience... Worse than I could have ever imagined! Initially, they (Erik van Bilderbeek, Jennifer Santanna & Kerry Neysmith) promised us they can do everything we asked. We sent 50% of our inventory to them. Only to find out after they received our products that their system doesn't allow them to do what they promised. Customer Service is terrible!
I was really frustrated with the customer support (or 'Happiness Engineers'). The support person I worked with sent me emails with incorrect pallet sizes and dimensions. When I asked for confirmation of the pallet dimensions and for some changes to be made to the pallets I was told the changes were made but the pallet dimensions didn't change.
