STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!They are horrible, worst customer service half the time they take days to answer. Very convinced that all the positive reviews are fake. Slow processing and fulfillments, tons of hidden costs, will pick the highest shipping services for you and put you in a position of loosing money. I wish I read the reviews before signing the contract.UPDATE: my customer service representative added my email to a competitor (Shipbob) mailing list.

Loved working with Robert and Shipmonk!
Robert was so wonderful and warm, and his check-ins about our project were helpful and not at all pushy. I really appreciated his demeanor, and he gave me all the information I needed right off the bat, complete with notes and visual guides that made it easy to conceptualize the process. While our needs changed and we didn't end up moving forward with the project, it was not because of any lapse of help on Shipmonk's end. Worst B2B experience in 20 years. Avoid at all costs.
Where to start.Our inventory had been shipped to Shipmonk without SKUs, which is entirely OUR fault. Shipmonk would need to create a special project to separate our goods. We sent them a detailed spreadsheet showing which pieces have which SKU. This was sent to our account manager on a Tuesday. By Thursday he told us this project would be completed by the weekend and we were good to go to launch our store. Badly Organized and Constant Errors
Our team used ShipMonk for approximately 2 years, we were constantly receiving complaints from customers about wrong orders that eventually ran our business into the ground. Beware. Headaches, costs and lost inventory.
This company will drive you out of business. Their error rate is hovering around 50/50 for us, nothing seems to ever go through without a complication. Since we set up with them about a year ago, we've had them mis label products several times, over send out orders (one time they sent out 500 pcs instead of...5). Send boxes of inventory to random people. Mis count our inventory. The list goes on and on. I regret the day we setup and can't wait to get our inventory out of there.

Useful tool overall
Useful fulfillment tool especially if you are running a business with multiple sales channels. Helps keeps everything organized!
