Adaptable and Hardworking
I have not been to the Pennsylvania warehouse but the California one is a good size and very well kept. You can see the new processes and technology they are implementing. Our account manager listens and tries to respond as fast as possible. I appreciate the hard work with Covid causing supply chain issues.

Responsive and helpful Shipmonk Customer Experience
Shipmonk Customer Experience is always responsive and ready to look into an issues that come up to ensure that service standards are being met. When we reach out to get some help, the team is always ready to assist and very informative.
