Fantastic HE

We have a fantastic HE, Marco Avila, who goes above & beyond in helping us achieve business goals. He makes it easy for us to make a request by deftly navigating a tricky internal hierarchy at Shipmonk. He acts as a project manager on the inside by navigating the needs & QC requirements of the Mexico warehouse while delivering results in a timely manner.

Dana and Maritza (Ooni)

Dana and Maritza, both are extremely helpful and willing to push their own teams to get the results and answers we are looking for. The hold the SM teams to the deadlines we ask as well and making sure we are kept up to date if there is any delays or issues with getting responses in a timely manner. I've worked with Shipmonk for over 3…

I've worked with Shipmonk for over 3 years now . We switched over during peak season which could have been a total mess. Integration was smooth and painless. Ever since then, we love how responsive they are with any issues that rise up. We identify, locate the root cause, fix and move on. We have dedicated happiness engineer who is assisting us in all aspect and giving best top notch customer experience. we love the services of shipmonk.

Incredible service

The Shipmonk Nevada team did an incredible job working through a large number of backorders do to us being OOS on inventory. They were able to triple their daily throughput in order to get all backorders resolved within 24 hours of us being back in stock. An amazing job!

Estrella Flores is just absolutely…

Estrella Flores is just absolutely incredible - she turns things around, she makes things all nice. Not everything runs smoothly, but as soon as Estrella is on the case, i know that whatever is going on, she will get to the bottom of it. Fantastic Onboarding Support

Just connected my online store and sent my first batch of inventory to Shipmonk. Everything was smooth and onboarding was a breeze. Will update later to reflect my complete order fulfillment experience with them. So far, the self service training and modules were pretty standard- the main trainings are nice however some side articles and topics are outdated and havent been updated to reflect their current version.
