Shipmonk Account Reps are the BEST
Mary Kirst seamlessly took over our account earlier this year and has been a huge help with all things Shipmonk. We have figured out many bugs in the system together. She has always been super prompt and helpful when it comes to tickets we submit and any new projects we are working on. Dana Martin has also been a great help to Snif. Marcia Garcia is the best!
Whenever we have issues our go to is Marcia Garcia. Unlike other Shipmonk representatives, Marcia will take time to understand our issues and will go extra mile to assist us and eventually solving our concerns. She is great in explaining things.

Our onboarding rep was wonderful!
Our onboarding rep, David Lowthorp, went above and beyond for us. During a chaotic time for our company as we were getting ready to launch, David made sure everything on the Shipmonk side of things was seamless - he actually made it fun! ShipMonk experience
We have been with Shipmonk coming up for a year now. While there have been some peak and troughs, (more peaks than troughs) operations in general has been great. We have had a few HE's during this year, and all have been good. Our latest HE (Antonio Ribeiro De Queiros) is very good and quick with communication, and helpful with any situation that may arise. One of his best characteristics is his honesty. This approach allows a good base to build a strong relationship. Thanks Antonio
