I've worked with Shipmonk for over 3.5 years and I feel like they are reliable, quick and my Happiness Engineer, Leslie is always available for my colleagues and myself. If we have any questions, they are promptly answered and our Happiness Engineer along with Shipmonk team members actively reach out to us on ways to reduce costs, how to optimize our warehousing space, etc. Their platform is really easy to use and navigate as well as the how-to documents. The support team is always super helpful
The support team is always very helpful. Logistics can be a bit confusing at times and they're always willing to stop and take the time to explain what's going on and how to accomplish what I need.

Awesome 3PL provider!
I spent a few months researching the right 3PL for my Shopify e-commerce startup and felt ShipMonk was the perfect partner for what I was looking for. From my initial conversation to the final implementation, the customer service has been outstanding and easy to work with. The Best 3PL Systems EVER!
We have worked with other 3PL companies in the past and when i say they don't compare i mean it! Shipmonk has an incredibly efficient onboarding process with the answers to ANY question you may have. Pascalle helped us onboard and was honestly fantastic, never once did I have a question she couldn't solve for us! Highly recommend shipmonk as a 3PL to everyone AND WE ARE PRAYING FOR SHIPMONK TO OPEN A WAREHOUSE IN AUSTRALIA!!!!!!!!!
