I've worked with Shipmonk for over 3.5 years and I feel like they are reliable, quick and my Happiness Engineer, Leslie is always available for my colleagues and myself. The support team is always very helpful. Logistics can be a bit confusing at times and they're always willing to stop and take the time to explain what's going on and how to accomplish what I need.

I spent a few months researching the right 3PL for my Shopify e-commerce startup and felt ShipMonk was the perfect partner for what I was looking for. The Best 3PL Systems EVER!
We have worked with other 3PL companies in the past and when i say they don't compare i mean it! Shipmonk has an incredibly efficient onboarding process with the answers to ANY question you may have. Pascalle helped us onboard and was honestly fantastic, never once did I have a question she couldn't solve for us! Highly recommend shipmonk as a 3PL to everyone AND WE ARE PRAYING FOR SHIPMONK TO OPEN A WAREHOUSE IN AUSTRALIA!!!!!!!!!
