Satisfying 3PL solutions
PROS: It’s wonderful! We’ve got a warehouse solution that doesn’t demand us to use any physical paper documents. This makes different processes more efficient, and it supports us being eco-friendly as well. CONS: A visual screen output that we can place on the wall for all staff to see would be great. That would help in informing or guiding our staff about active orders, which among our customers are waiting for their orders and a general walkthrough for different processes among others.

third party logistics in a very convenient platform
PROS: Syncing it with our warehouse platform is efficient. ShipHero helps by letting us put all essential data and information in one place. CONS: I hope the UI appearance would be improved to make it look better. Its current appearance doesn’t affect its functions and performance, though.

Seamless interface and user experience
PROS: This is the first 3PL tool that we’ve used, and we’ve found that it’s really giving us an excellent user experience. It’s super seamless to use. CONS: We have no dislikes about our experience in using ShipHero. Everything is great and it suits our purposes perfectly.

Can't manually fulfil orders, information lacking and little support
Getting stock into ShipHero was easy but since then there's been little information on how it works once stock has arrived. There seems to only be a support person on Mon-Fri and can take some time receiving a response. There's no videos to look at explaining how the dashboard works and what you can do in different scenarios. When i ask a question I'm asked to book in a call - which isn't ideal considering questions pop up day to day and I live in NZ which means I have to take the call ...
