Communication has gotten better with getting back to email requests I send out, however, the response time is very slow even after copying the owner of 93brand on a lot of these emails.

I have been a Shiphero customer for a little over two years. Their customer service was great. I've even previously written reviews commending them on their service. Especially one of their main reps Bel. Then in Dec '21, something changed. I don't know if it's because they switched over to the Zendesk platform for support tickets or hired a bunch of new folks but the service is absolutely abysmal. I'd worked with ShipHero on a Shopify store in the past, and they were super easy and error free. A breath of fresh air from some warehouses I've slogged through in the past. This second time I used ShipHero for a fast-paced, dynamic B2B company that has temperature sensitive SKUs, lots of kits and bundles, and in general a lot of moving parts.
