Hidden charges. Crazy stuff.
Unfortunately, what you have read in other reviews regarding hidden charges is totally true. They charge your card daily, so you must review each invoice and check each shipment to verify the amount. Here are a couple of examples. We have been charged $8 (no dim weight) and $28.35 (DIM weight) for the same product, same weight, and same packaging on separate orders. Same shipping method too. On another order, we have been charged $22.82 for a Dim weight of 4.84lb. Their advertised price ...

Jazmin is great!
Jazmin is very quick to answer and resolve issues. Always very nice, professional, and willing to help. I love when I submit a ticket and see it has been assigned to Jazmin because I know I will get the best customer service.

Be Aware! Worst App since 2020
We are using this App since 2020. And we overpaid almost $500+ USD for their hidden fake invoice. BE AWARE!! You will have no option to remove your card from their dashboard. You will have your regular invoice. But they will charge your card hiddenly without any reason. Their customer support will ask you to pay the same invoice 2-3 times. You will have no records. Even after 1 year when we shout very much, they add a paid status on the invoice. Because there was no status before. So just ...
