Though we've had some past hiccups with the service, it has generally been quality and reliable. But, as with most B2B software, the experience is defined by the interactions when Support is needed.

What do you like best about ShipHero? I appreciate ShipHero's functionality in terms of reporting and order management. The in-depth reports are easy to pull and extremely thorough. With orders, I have all the control I need to specify nuances and review the detailed history.
