Need Better Customer Service & Bug QA Process

The customer service at ShipHero seems to just get worse and worse. I've provided feedback but simply put, tickets are taking way too long to be resolved. If someone has a question about a basic functionality then Tier 1 is pretty good at tackling that quickly. The issue is that the second it is anything beyond that or a bug in the system, we're looking at weeks, months, and I literally had a ticket that was a year old that just got responded to. SUING THEM! ABSOLUTE SLIME!!

LETS START AT THE BEGINNING Let me first begin by saying, we had 4 accounts with them, I am now suing them with all four businesses for what they have done. First, they have a kind caring sales person tell you why you are better off with them, and how their pricing is better and no hidden fees etc, all upront including Amazon FBA prep, which I got a cheaper single Prep Fee + Labels (we send small amounts, not truckloads) ONCE SIGNED UP Once you sign up, all the problems start.
