Shipfusion is a great partner. Our account managers Laurie and Whitney provide excellent support. D2C orders are shipped promptly and with very low errors. The team is always willing to provide solutions for new ideas. Any feedback is genuinely taken and improvements are made on demand or worked into larger workflows.

Operational Excellence with Real Human Support!

We’ve been very happy with Shipfusion as our fulfillment partner. Accuracy and speed have been strong, but the most impactful part of the relationship has been the ongoing communication. The biweekly meetings with our account manager give us a chance to review performance, flag potential issues (like growing transit times in certain regions), and stay ahead of anything that could affect our customers. It feels like a true partnership.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to about Shipfusion because I’ve had such a positive experience with them and feel it needs to be shared. Not only do they have an incredibly user-friendly portal and affordable shipping rates (very important in the pandemic era), but their customer service is what really sets them apart. I love this team

I love this team. It is safe to say this has not been a ideal year for fulfillment with carrier delays which has caused issues, that being said, the team at Shipfusion has surpassed my expectations during this time. They are always there when we have questions or issues and they consistently deliver great service. The only thing I would like to see improved in the new year is reporting functionality.

I'm sorry to report that we did not have a good experience with Shipfusion. We were with them for over a year (only lasted that long because it's such a hassle to change fulfilment centres). They are super slow to do anything, including receive inventory, days to respond to emails (even when urgent). Their "state of the art system" is extremely rigid and caused a lot of problems, most notably in keeping an accurate count of inventory (we got caught out a few times overselling inventory that ...

I can't say more good things about ShipFusion! The UI is super easy to use and the support staff there is excellent and super responsive. They get the shipments out very quickly and also the rates are extremely reasonable. So happy I found them!

Awesome shipping service and platform

Awesome shipping service and platform. Integrates with our site backend and Amazon to pull and ship orders automatically saving us countless hours. Very great and knowledgable support team - always get back to me quickly and work through any issues with professionalism and skill. Perfect if you are looking for someone to help with your shipping needs!

Great to work with and scale!

We were only doing a few sales when we got signed up but were treated very well! Eventually, our sales grew and shipfusion handled it all. It let us focus on creating nice products and selling them!

Excellent Inventory Management
