Stay far far far away from these frauds. Shift 4 now has given $10,752.17 of our money back to guests who were guaranteed no-shows in the last 3 months from Booking.com at our hotel. They have also given back $5,392.17 to customers who actually stayed at our hotel and signed hotel folios and had their IDs scanned. Avoid this company all at all costs
Avoid this company all at all costs! I canceled my account with them and had not realized one of my checked from a customer had not cleared before canceling the credit card app account. I found out $845 had gone to shift4 but never made it into my bank because I had canceled too early 9 months later I’m still calling them daily asking where the F is my money!!!!???? They won’t give me an answer…..

Getting started with a new POS system…
Getting started with a new POS system is never easy or without its hang-ups, but I found the Shift4 system to be intuitive and easy to learn. The setup and training, although not flawless, was excellent. The reps were available and knowledgable. Lots of good to say. Would recommend.

What do you like best about Shift4? Very helpful having a good account manager (Adam.) We were shut off by stripe after doing $500k+ and it nearly ruined our company, Securion accepted our business model and helped us get on board very fast - looking forward to the future working together and growing!
