What do you like best about Shelf? Wow. Being there from the beginning to now, it has grown and has been very interesting to use. I love it. The creators were terrific. They answered every question that we had to make it user-friendly for our agents. Its very easy to use, agents are able to find their resources very quickly I'm excited to see the growth within shelf.

What do you like best about Shelf? Shelf is easy to use both when finding information and when loading documents. The tagging is straightforward, and there's an OCR function if you have a lot of images and slides to load. We've set up as many folders as we wish, and can easily move documents from one location to another if recategorization becomes necessary.
