When it comes to CRMs, Marketing Automation, or ESPs SharpSpring is the only platform I recommend
What do you like best? The robust features of SharpSpring have allowed my firm and my clients to consolidate software and therefore right out of the gate be able to affect the bottom line. Salesforce sync does not work as advertised
What do you like best? It was pretty easy to use and if you are using it as a CRM, I could see how it would be helpful for small businesses. What do you dislike? We were (WAY oversold on the Salesforce sync. We were under the impression, from both SharpSpring and our 3rd party vendor, that SharpSpring would sync with Accounts and Campaigns. Nice to have an economical marketing automation option
What do you like best? Sharpspring makes more advanced marketing tech available to all of our clients - even the smaller, more risk-averse businesses. I have also had a wonderful experience with everyone I've spoken to - responsive, helpful, and friendly. What do you dislike? It helps me to deal with our clients in a better way.
What do you like best? It so easy to manage with contacts. SharpSpring is helping us prove the effectiveness of marketing
What do you like best? The reporting features really allow us to provide our clients detailed reports all in one document without having to create it manually. A huge time saver!
