What do you like best? Seeing who is on our website and matching it with their form fills. What do you dislike? Sort and filter could be more detailed so you can find people better. Sharpspring makes me want to rip my hair out
What do you like best? It's pretty basic and is easy to contact support. It's also nice to have all my leads organized via campaign in one place. What do you dislike? It is very clunky. The landing page builder is constantly breaking down or freezing, causing me to refresh or lose my progress and have to restart. What I like best about SharpSpring is that they specialize in providing powerful professional tools to marketing agencies for a fraction of what other platforms like Infusionsoft and HubSpot charge. Great automation tool with responsive support
What do you like best? SharpSpring is very easy to use even with its extensive range of features. The support is also excellent, I usually receive a response within an hour or so, and if what I want to do isn't possible you can submit a feature request for it to be added to their development roadmap. What do you like best? Ease of use! Their layout isn't complicated to navigate at all. What do you dislike? Sometimes the changes don't transfer from editing page to live page that well. Recommendations to others considering the product Establish a theme that you can refer to often so all you have to do is edit a few changes and you're on your way! Starting to See the Light
What do you like best? The information pulled on leads is very helpful. Being able to segment audiences and the campaigns they're attributed to is very helpful. I believe the sales portion of the CRM will be a valuable asset for our account managers to visually see the next steps and processes for closing sales. What do you dislike?
