Very much a fan of SharpSpring- has truly drove value since day one

What do you like best? I love the personal customer care. They were with me and my team every step of the way. I also got what I wanted day one: one dashboard with accurate viewing of all our finance, sales and marketing efforts. Really connects the dots for us, and for our clients who also request this. What do you like best? Hands down they have the best onboarding process I've ever seen. Most companies sign you up and then give you some videos and access to support and toss you in. They have a scripted process they follow that includes unlimited access to an onboarding specialist for the first 60 days. Sharpspring is an easy-to-use, intuitive, powerful marketing automation platform.

What do you like best? I like the user interface the most. It's very intuitive and easy to learn and understand. What do you dislike? Sometimes the platform can be a bit buggy. What do you like best? Support and onboarding were great. Very easy to set up workflows. Reporting, contact management, automation were simple and easy to track.
