Great Software & Support
What do you like best? The interface is very clean and easy to navigate in my opinion. I am an agency, so that is by far my favorite feature, being able to white label the software and provide a login to each of my clients. Key features for easy emailing
What do you like best? I love that this product doesn’t require domain verification in order to send an email as a user. As an agency, we can automate all of our emails to look like they’re from specific people without insane verification processes. What do you dislike? Usability could use a big boost. Quite complicated but when programmed properly it will have its advantages
What do you like best? - Lately they introduced a social listening dashboard which is really nice to follow FB pages and repost messages. - Gives you insights about the people and companies visiting your website. A great platform for any user with some level of tech savvy
What do you like best? The API is solid, meaning integrating with other platforms is a snap with the help of your dev team. The UI is good and pretty intuitive. A lot of work has gone into the help docs and knowledgebase and you can pretty much learn the platform inside and out that way. Deep, complex automation
What do you like best? On the surface it's a copy of Mailchimp with some automation, but it's really a deep automation tool built for enterprise level marketing. It takes quite a learning curve to learn how to use it's extensive powerful tools, but once you do it lacks absolutely nothing feature wise. Better integration with most CMS platforms
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The integration with other third party software applications is high. Since it does not have content management solution (CMS) we can outsource from other CMS platforms such as WordPress. What do you like best? The marketing automation capabilities are great for reaching all of your site visitors. The all inclusive abilities to build out your forms, emails, and email funnels, along with reporting and integration with Salesforce are key. What do you dislike?
