Incredible value for the cost and features
What do you like best? One of the things I like best about Sharpsring is the no monthly contract feature, as well as the inclusion of all the features for one standard cost. What do you like best? This tool allows us to build forms and embed them onto our client's webpage with ease. Gets the job done but can be very unpredictable in terms of reliability
What do you like best? It's great that multiple people can be in any given email at once with the ability to change and edit the content. What do you dislike? The major pitfall of Sharpspring is that your ability to use the platform depends on your account's "health." It seems almost unpredictable to predict your account's health and they'll simply lock you out without any warning. Such a good idea but...
What do you like best? Sharpspring has terrific customer service, something I can really appreciate. I get answers to my tickets right away, and if I need something faster, I can always make a phone call. What do you dislike? This platform is the opposite of user-friendly, the opposite of intuitive. There's no doubt that the 'automation' market now has a lot of great players, and with good reason, customers need a huge range of solutions depending on size, growth etc.We've worked with several, from the old world CRM players like Salesforce to big new automation platforms like HubSpot. Complicated, Weak Design and Poor Support
What do you like best? If I had to choose one thing I liked about this software, it's the anticipation that it would help grow our business. That too was a letdown. What do you dislike? SharpSpring has helped managed much of our needs

Basic Marketing Automation. Slow system.
What do you like best? This is the only software I’ve used for this before, but it’s nice to have all of our contacts in one place and automate our marketing emails. What do you dislike? The email templates are impossible to work with and everything takes forever to load What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest benefit is having all of our contacts in one place and being able to sort them into different groups.
