Great experience
What do you like best? It is a really functional tool, it allows me to give a broad follow up to each of the prospects that my clients have. It is a tool where you can see a timeline of each of the prospects who are interested in your products or services. What do you dislike? Sometimes the manual synchronization of emails, that is, the emails that do not belong to Hotmail or Gmail, are somewhat complicated when configuring them. Recommendations to others considering the product ...

Usability
What do you like best? The software usability is what we like the most. Once you have clearly defined what you want to do, it is very practical to implement. What do you dislike? If you do not master the concepts behind the features, it's a little tricky to follow, but nothing that will not be solved by giving a look at the support page. As a suggestion, a simple description could appear when hovering over the features. What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Full feature suite at a very good price
What do you like best? We bought Sharpspring for their marketing automation tools, but week in and week out, what we love most is the landing pages builder and the metrics around every landing page interaction. Really first rate tools and analytics. What do you dislike? The email automation tools have a pretty steep learning curve, and that has slowed adoption across our little shop. Recommendations to others considering the product This product has a lot of features and takes some ...

Sharpspring is amazing
What do you like best? Sharpspring has been an integral part in our design process. It is where we get information about the project from the client thru the Communications tab. I love the Pipeline feature where you can create and organize your projects or opportunities and assign them to a stage. It has made handling many projects much lighter especially when projects need to go through many different stages. What do you dislike? Some emails take a while to synchronize. What ...

Lagging in some areas
What do you like best? I do like SharpSpring's interface. It is intuitive and good looking. The marketing automation is pretty good, including workflows and rules-based lists. The integration with Google Ads is helpful for reporting for clients as well. The Life of the Lead feature is also great to look at and very helpful. What do you dislike? The email builder is disappointing. HTML emails never seem to come through the way they look in SharpSpring. Also with managing different ...

Great all around tool
What do you like best? My favorite part is that everything is located in one place. In the past, sales and operations were using separate tools to track their successes. Now, we solely use SharpSpring so we can remain on the same page and execute much more efficiently. What do you dislike? The double edge sword here is the depth of the platform. With much functionality comes much education. Recommendations to others considering the product Don't be discouraged if you very specific ...

Extremely Customer Focused and a great amount of features for the price.
What do you like best? They have a lot of features that other MA tools don't have for the price. They seem to really focus on technology for the companies using it. It is mostly out of the box tools, but they have a decent amount of API capability that we have taken advantage of. What do you dislike? It is mostly out of the box so it sacrifices some of CRM features and other out of the box features are a little less customize-able than some other, albeit more expensive, tools like ...
