What do you like best? I love the ability to assign negative points in lead scoring so I can take leads back from sales and return them to the funnel for nurturing. I also love that the CRM allows for multiple pipelines and provides a user friendly way of tending to the funnel. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Their email workflow set up and logic is really great. To get a similar functionality elsewhere you'd have to pay a lot more than they are charging, so the value is good.
