What do you like best? It's easy to use. With different, comprehensive video tutorials and a huge wiki, which actually answers most of your questions, setting up SharpSpring is done really fast. The support staff always answers on time. They never take more than a few hours to actually read through your problem, think about it, and then answer with a useful solution. What do you like best? The software is priced with agencies in mind. It allows us to set our own pricing and run our accounts how we see fit for the most part. Their support is outstanding. What do you like best? Automation. This is a great tool, easy to use and save time a lot. What do you dislike? "Is Unsubscribed" field to import lists. I think this is new, as didn't have to do it before. Now before import you need to add that field and put all the "0", and that is a waste of time. What do you like best? The entire interface is pretty intuitive. A good amount of resources online, and I never get too stuck while navigating. Has some key aspects that make the platform intriguing, like visual workflows. Overall, nice and relatively cheap. What do you dislike? Scrolling through the pages of leads; when you click the back space it scrolls you all the way back up to the top of the list of leads within that page.
