It has a great interface with a good dashboard and a lot of resources and video content to get you started. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like this software because once you start using it, it is very easy to keep on using and updating. Putting customer information in the system is easy and finding them is also easy. Pulling health reports and having it pull just the information I wanted is nice.
