What do you like best? Marketing automation features are fantastic. What do you dislike? There is no data integrity with SharpSpring or escalation process to fix issues. Email reports contain terrible data that does not match between internal and exported reports or life of the lead data. What do you like best? Seems like a clean interface. Easy to find prior emails and tasks for the day. What do you dislike? There has been a lack of customer support. What do you like best? I enjoy all the customized marketing automations available through the system, and like that I can track and measure everything. When I have a question or need advice on the best way to do something, their customer support team is always responsive and helpful. What do you dislike? Best solution for SME

What do you like best? Rich functionality at a price SMEs can afford. I used to have a separate marketing automation and CRM solution, but Sharpspring combines the two into an easy-to-use product at a fair price. What do you dislike? It can be a bit glitchy and some fields can't be customised, which is limiting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
