What do you like best? SharpSpring customer service is very helpful and listen to customers, frequently implementing new features based on user feedback. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Being able to integrate a wide variety of marketing and sales aspects into one system. What do you dislike? The social planner currently has no feature to place a tracking code, which a tool like SEMRUSH does have. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With the use of Sharpspring we are able to automate our marketing actions and have a greater insight into our ROI on these.

What do you like best? I chose the SharpSpring platform at the beginning of 2018 as it appeared to have anything of value that Hubspot offered for almost half of the annual cost to us. Aside from a wide range of robust features, they have great support ticketing systems, guides and feature voting system.
