What do you like best? I like that SharpSpring is very easy to use, and if you don't know how to do something they have top-notch support, a great help section and awesome tutorial videos. What do you like best? The product is great but the best thing about this company is their customer service. The team at SharpSpring is second to none in being helpful. What do you dislike? Some aspects could be a little more intuitive for us less tech-savvy people but their customer service team promptly gets you any answers and help you could need. What do you like best? SharpSpring is very helpful for those in sales automation. SharpSpring provides a virtual classroom that lets user learn how to use it and provides many different help pages that provide in great detail how to help with whatever you may be stuck with.
