SharpSpring is a great marketing automation solution for agencies

What do you like best? My favorite part of SharpSpring is the ability to manage all of your marketing automation clients from one platform and one portal. What do you dislike? EDITED MY REVIEW: SharpSpring changed their billing system in November 2019 and did not notify me of the new fee structure, because I was unsubscribed to marketing emails. They now charge 3% to accept credit cards and 50 cents to accept ACH / bank payments. They did not charge these fees before. I've never ...

What do you like best? I love that this is truly an all-in-one solution. Before Sharpspring, my team and I were juggling several different programs. What do you like best? We had some issues with setting up users, but support is responsive and eager to help out. Overall good customer support so if we ever do have issues we know that someone is there to resolve it. What do you like best? Customer support is simply fantastic. You will receive an answer in less than 30 minutes during working hours. We have had this good experience since 2016 when we started working with Sharpspring. What do you dislike? The landing page editor could be improved. Reasonably Priced, Fully Capable Automation and CRM

What do you like best? The integration of the CRMand marketing automation creates seamless transitions between my company's marketing and sales teams. What do you dislike? The backend was a little slow at one point, but that issue seems to have been resolved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The CRM helped take our sales to the next level with opportunity tracking and automated notifications.
