What do you like best? What I like most about this software is how it provides a comprehensive solution, not only for our clients, but for us as well. Before this software, we had no CRM or easy way to organize our sales/marketing funnels. We had logins for many different platforms to keep track of. What do you like best? I love having a view of all email engagement, all web pages visited, all forms submitted for a single contact in a single view (Life of the Lead) What do you dislike? What do you like best? The user interface is easy to understand and Sharpspring's onboarding process helped us get it up and running pretty fast. What do you dislike? I think some more extensive exclusion options in the automation workflow would be nice. What do you like best? Great price point for digital marketing agencies. Excellent tracking easy to set up forms on website. What do you dislike? The email editor is dated and doesn't keep up with competitive email services like MailChimp. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
