What do you like best? Sharpspring keeps me on track and really makes it easy to send emails, record calls, track tasks and create landing pages in my funnels. It tracks all visitors and creates a great sales opportunity and marketing pipelines that used to take 8 different apps. Besides saving me time and money, it really is a game-changer for me. What do you like best? The best feature is email automation and forms that allow you to use merge variables and send customized emails to customers and internal staff. Auto responders and custom notifications work well to notify yourself, other team members, and the customer and give custom field information. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ease of use / consistent feature upgrades. What do you dislike? Haven't seen a downside since we joined. What problems are you solving with the product? The ability to set up free trials and have automatic campaigns start is essential to prioritizing time and interested customers. What do you like best? All departments have a place in SharpSpring. Our markerting team can easily store and deploy content, meanwhile our sales team can draw upon that content and monitor real time behavior of hot clients.
