What do you like best? So many things… besides the obvious (marketing automation) the following tools are built-in; Customer relationship management, video chat (with integrated screen sharing), live chatbots, Intelligent Facebook & Google Retargeting Engine (Perfect Audience) social media management, appointment scheduling, A/B testing. Well-Thought Out Tool That Can Drive Your Business
What do you like best? A centralized tool that replaces many others with a good amount of training and resources to get your going fast. What do you dislike? Onboarding and set-up guidance. They help during a window of time however, there is a lot required to get you up and going. They refer often to the EDU and Classroom hours for help. Great Marketing Automation Tool
What do you like best? I like the Life of the Lead tab within the Contact's file because it shows everything the lead has done on the website. What do you dislike? I did not like the landing page and email builders as much. They are a little difficult to use for individuals who do not like a lot of background in design. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Marketing automation, ROI, and understanding our audience more.

Best in Automation. Great at Price. Needs to increase their support.
What do you like best? The automation systems are fantastic for the program. It allows you to chain triggers and emails so that you can save hours of work each day. Another great bonus to SharpSpring is their email and landing page creator. With emails you are able to dynamically generate emails for contacts based on any number of preferences and lead scores. Easy to implement and great customization capacity.
What do you like best? The app has so many great features, including my favorite "Life of the Lead," in which all the acts that took place right from the beginning to the end are seen. The business continues to improve and add new features that make it a good value.
