What do you like best? SharpSpring's flexibility makes it hugely advantageous. With an external CMS, once the initial configuration is complete, you can begin right away in creating forms, emails and workflows - generating and nurturing leads. Helpful, easy to learn, gets the job done
What do you like best? I like that the dashboard makes analytics, templates, help docs, contacts, etc easy to find and easy to use. What do you like best? The ability to see the life of the lead (the activities and touchpoints of the lead from your campaigns) in linear form is really useful. What do you dislike? I don't dislike anything, the system seems intuitive and easy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Excellent sales and marketing automation software and great value
What do you like best? We moved to SharpSpring from another leading marketing automation software provider and SharpSpring provide 95% of the features for less than half the cost. The software itself is easy to understand and navigate (much easier than our previous system) and the support team are responsive, friendly and helpful.
