Easy to set up, use, and start cultivating leads.
What do you like best? The system is very user friendly. Go through the videos for starting an account and using the tools. At the same time, set it up for yourself. Get a couple clients on board and you've learned the system. What do you dislike? Setting up billing direct to my clients instead of through us. When submitting a support ticket, I usually hear back within an hour or two. They are happy to provide step by step instruction and, if necessary, give a custom video to walk me through a task. What do you like best? The platform is easy to learn, with its marketing automation workbook and course to take you through the tools features and the responsive customer support. What do you dislike? The only thing I feel is missing it including Instagram on the content calendar feature What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sharpspring is awesome!
What do you like best? Their support team is fantastic. I moved from Act-On which was expensive and a little overkill and was worried if Sharpspring support would suffer due to its lower price. It didn't. I am able to get through to the right person quickly and they even have that "don't lose your place in line and we'll call you back" feature.
