What do you like best? I am fairly new to SharpSpring, so I have not discovered all the bells and whistles yet - not by a long-shot. But I have enjoyed the process of getting to know this powerful tool. As a graphic designer, I am better with a non-linear, intuitive interface when it comes to learning. Robust tool at a great price

What do you like best? The interface of SharpSpring is simple, despite having a wide range of functionality. I love being able to see the life of the lead across sales and marketing, as well as the ability to automate my sales follow up without sacrificing the humanity of my message. What do you like best? Its a sales tool and a marketing automation platform so it is really your hub for everything in one. What do you dislike? The user interface could be improved. Things are changed almost too often so you have to search for things sometimes since their location moved. I also loved seeing the dashboard on the homescreen but that was taken away.
