Sharetribe is really cool!
Sharetribe is a really interesting platform and their customer service is out of this world! The initial set up is really easy to follow with a provided checklist and I really enjoyed putting together the start of the marketplace. I would recommend it especially if you are planning on creating a services or rental marketplace. Great for low cost rental based marketplaces
So far my experience with the Sharetribe platform and its team is really magnificent in all aspects. The platform itself is really straight forward and easy to navigate. Ofcourse You can and will encounter some minor problems as its expected from such an exstensive platform but wory not, the service team usualy responds quickly(max in an hour or so in my experience). Support System Staff are AWESOME

Don't waste your time and money
In the past 8 months, I have received misleading advice, I have been told a number of things are possible with Sharetribe Go using custom script, then after speaking with five separate developers, I now realise that this is in fact untrue. On numerous occasions, I have had to chase multiple times for a response, because apparently my emails randomly went into their spam folder. I have also received differing support from two support advisors, it feels as if they are not all on the same page ...

Save your time and money
What do you like best? Simple enough to use for non-technical founders. What do you dislike? Ridiculously expensive hosting for what is essentially a very basic not very customisable product. A landing page is essential otherwise customers have no idea what you do, but the cost of hosting one page is almost as much as hosting the whole platform. What you get for paying that price is not worth it, it is a very basic, cheap looking, barely customisable landing page. The alternative is ...
