I asked them dozens of questions every day during the three weeks it took to build my marketplace, and they always responded efficiently and quickly. So far so good
So far so good. The concept is amazing and it was something I was trying to build myself. I clearly wasn't doing the right sort of google search, as I was looking at wordpress plug ins, custom builds and shopify. Sharetribe seems to be able to do exactly what I want, but will find out more when I launch properly. The example sites that are live are really incredible and the bonus of a directory of key developers is going to make this a really great platform.
