Support & Devs really accomodating
The devs and support were really helpful getting a new ticker added to their system with a quick turn around time, just in time for the dividends to come out. This means I don’t need to add it in custom every trade I make.Thanks so much Sharesight team for really helping on this one!

Stable, reliable, professional!
I have been using SelfWealth for many years and am very pleased with the ever improving platform and level of customer support. I come from an IT services background, and I can honestly say the SW is extremely stable/reliable. I have run into some tricky situations after completing broker transfers between portfolios (not a SW issue); these can be complex. The SW team have helped me out in a professional and timely manner.

Complex pricing deal combining with…
Complex pricing deal combining with Morningstar subscription got more complicated when I wanted to pay annually rather than monthly as my Credit Card is set to refuse international on line payments. Gilhan from SS went to no end of trouble to assist and sorted me out.Great service for a great product!!!A thought ... I dont enounter this problem when using Pay Pal - worth Sharesight haing a look at Paypal option to pay as way round this problem.The Wombat
