I was trying to keep track of my shares using a spreadsheet I am so glad i discovered sharesight! So much less work and it gives me all the info i need to assess returns. Thanks guys an awesome product

I was at first a little hesitant of what this service would add for me (other than paying more money for something I wouldn't use) as my investment platforms (e.g., CommSec) already do assist with taxes and monitoring. However, I was not only positively surprised of how much easier it has become to keep track of even spread-out investment activities (e.g., domestic shares in one place, international in another, etc.) but it has already proven very beneficial during tax time. Great package to keep track of my investments, especially at tax time. My accountant is also appreciative. Help is good, and prompt response to queries. I use Sharesight regularly to evaluate performance of various investments, have my contracts automatically populate and also direct link into Xero.

Five Stars - great App

Yes, Sharesight is worth it. The old adage used to be 'timely, accurate and complete' and that is what Sharesight delivers. Performance reporting, income projections, tax record keeping, it can only be described as an excellent product. I'm a retired Accountant and ex-IT Consultant and a tool like this is invaluable for my financial future, recommended.

Sharesight is simple but comprehensive.

Sharesight allows us to keep all of our investment records in one place for our own purposes and also for our accountants to access and review for tax purposes. Easy to use, very comprehensive and always available. So much simpler than a spreadsheet and continually being added to to incorporate new features so that we are always compliant. Good job Sharesight.

Great for consolidating your investments in one place. I have been a sharesight customer for a few years now. It has been invaluable to me to detail three portfolio entities giving me a snapshot of my investments or if you require a more detailed look at individual stocks. I authorise my accountants to sign in and use the reporting provided by Sharesight to compete my tax reports. Sharesight is linked to Xero which I use which has also been a benefit in my taxation accounting ...

Track cash in multiple currencies

My trading account is based in AU$ but when I have sold shares in other currencies, the amount is retained in the account in the other currencies until I either convert it back to AU$ or buy shares again using it. Currently there is no way in sharesight to track cash in multiple currencies.

I've been a Sharesight user for 5 years…

I've been a Sharesight user for 5 years and it has been hugely helpful in my analysis of which shares to keep and which to trade. It also makes dividend reporting for tax returns very simple.
