Love the program but one small beef
Love the program but one small beef. On the overview page share cost prices appear as the trading price on the day they were entered rather than the actual cost base. The capital gains report works correctly so I don't know why the overview doesn't. Is it possibly something in my preferences? Thanks

Have been using Sharesight for several years and highly recommend it to everybody. 10 free holdings is great to assist beginners with their learning. Interpretive graphs are great. I use for FIF return each year. And can share key data when needed. regards

So easy and effective to use
So easy and effective to use. With over 100 stock holdings, I would be swamped with paperwork if I didn't use Sharesight for automated capture of trades and multiple analyses of my 3 portfolios at my finger tips. Particularly great program when it comes to tax forward planning and completion of returns. I love Sharesight, been using it since 2015.

Sharesight is easy to use and saves time and money.
Sharesight has made it easy to track our investment portfolios with minimum input from me. Broker trades are incorporated automatically and dividend payments are entered into the appropriate investment chart waiting for my approval as being correct. Transactions are also automatically processed via XERO where we can reconcile against the bank. The whole system works seamlessly with our accountants system, saving both time and money. Good taxing, syncing, and performance tracking, but SLOW!
The good: - Takes care of your tax reports just fine - If you forward your broker's trade email confirmations, ShareSight will import these trades just fine - You can compare your portfolio(s)'s performance to any stock/index The bad: The web site is slow, and the Mobile app is uselessly basic
