The interface on the main website is very easy to understand and if you download the desktop app, they provide very good documentation and instructional videos as well What do you dislike? the only thing I dislike about the app is when the Cloud base service is down due to an outage, the admins are not notified. What do you like best? I like that you Sharefile can be a file dump. You can easily upload, delete, share files with different people. For simple files like Excel Sheets or Powerpoint or PDFs you can directly open the file in Sharefile without downloading it to the computer.
