Great Online Fax Machine
I like everything about this online fax machine! The only improvement that I would make is to have a confirmation emailed to me for every contact that is faxed to (when choosing more than one at a time). I used to get a confirmation for each contact when choosing more than one at a time, but it recently stopped and I only get a confirmation for the first contact that I sent to.Thank you for this great product!

Workflow clunky when limited staff have access
This is a good product, gives staff the ability to send secure faxes from their desktops. However, not all our staff have access; we use a central office for sending and receiving faxes. There is no easy way to send received faxes to the recipients without saving the fax and then attaching it to email. And, for staff to send faxes, they have scan the fax, attach it to email and send to the office. Office staff save the fax to their desktops and send through sfax. I would like to see a way ...

Not as effective receiving faxes as a traditional machine.
We are unable to receive all faxes. 5% of income faxes are never received and we have to direct people to fax to our back office fax lineUpdate: I have tried multiple times to have this issue resolved through support. I am told the person sending the fax has a problem with their phone line. but yet they can fax to my back office fax no problem. Tell me how that makes sense?
