Scrypt's SFax is a solid HIPAA compliant offering with the API's, interface partnerships, and platform to provide great value to healthcare companies of all sizes. They are priced very well. What is holding them back in eFax is mobile application support for Android devices which would allow more customers to ditch expensive copper line contracts. SFax has been a great internet faxing service for us.
We had trouble with the previous service we used, efax, which produced many errors and prices fluctuated wildly. Sfax is predictable and does what it claims to do.... also it is HIPAA compliant which is a big deal for what we do in chiropractic. We have no complaints about Sfax.

I've had this service since around 2012. I'm a small business owner. It's fantastice to have a a reliable fax line that I can check regardless of whether I'm in town or not. I've only lost service once or twice briefly in the time that I've had sfax and the company was responsive to my needs. I also like the fact that there's an app if I need to check a fax on the run or resend a fax that didn't go through on the first try.
