Why is it that when my company receives and sends faxes, I get three emails telling me each time? It didn't used to be this way, but my email notifications are tripled. I wish there was a way to call and talk with a representative rather then send an email each time I have a need or question. The lag time is just too slow sometimes to get done what I need to do.

So far so good
We have been using sFax for a number of months now. It's working well except we are having a bit of trouble porting existing numbers which seems to take up to 2 weeks.

Simply part of your professional life
I am a neuropsychologist, and keeping compliant with the privacy and security rules of HIPAA is an ongoing thing. Locks me out too fast
As an efax it has many features I like and expect, tracking, ability to look back etc. But Everytime I leave the page I have to sign back in. It is often very slow to load, and cumbersome to search. It's just OK

I have been very satisfied with this product
I have recommended this service to numerous clients. It is the only online fax service I have found that is willing to sign a BAA for HIPAA compliance. I love the filing cabinet feature to allow me and my team to view files remotely especially during traveling which makes it a great way to save our team from redundancy.
