"Convenient and user friendly"
What do you like best about SevenRooms? Algorithm is the most convenient thing. Tag function is very helpful as well What do you dislike about SevenRooms? Walk-in times aren't accurate sometimes and leads to reservations waiting for tables What problems is SevenRooms solving and how is that benefiting you? The algorithm allows us to save time on manually assigning tables. Eliminates the need of a co-ordinator

What do you like best about SevenRooms? Basis are user friendly. You can maximize several perks with not a lot of knowledge What do you dislike about SevenRooms? Web version is not as user friendly as app. App version should have more management options. What problems is SevenRooms solving and how is that benefiting you? Profile management, we can easily customize and track guest preferences

What do you like best about SevenRooms? Floor control and manage the flow of the guests and walk in customer waiting list and timing also the confirmation of reservations is a very useful feature What do you dislike about SevenRooms? Access roles a bit complicated and a lot of differences between desktop and i pads What problems is SevenRooms solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing the flow and control table seating time

"Almost Perfect!"
What do you like best about SevenRooms? -- seating flexibility, Lightspeed POS integration and Google Reserve access. What do you dislike about SevenRooms? Pinch to zoom on grid mode, move tabkes in grid mode by time not just seat, smarter seating planning (should remember tables restaurant uses most often, not just what it wants to do). What problems is SevenRooms solving and how is that benefiting you? Integration! Saves soooooo much time, and madness the process much more convenient.

"SevenRooms it's an easy and versatile platform"
What do you like best about SevenRooms? Seven Rooms is very intuitive to use ( I use the desktop version) . The tag system is very efficient and fun to implement. It allows to taylor the specific needs of the restaurant to the platform, and makes communication between the reservation team and host team way easier and immediate. The research tab is very well made and handy. The area with most potential is the back end, where you can create programs, rules, track regular and offer perks, etc. ...

"Almost everything you need"
What do you like best about SevenRooms? The level of customization and the rapid rate of response for technical support What do you dislike about SevenRooms? The website lacks some features that the iPad app has, and the discrepancies makes it difficult to work from home. For example, needing a postal/zip code for credit cards, when the app doesn't require them. On the mobile version of the website, you can't delete a table block. "Great way to stay organized!"
What do you like best about SevenRooms? It's an easy way for my staff to see cover counts, slows & flip times. I love that I'm able to access from home & make reservations from my hand! What do you dislike about SevenRooms? Durning a busy dinner it does lag very badly What problems is SevenRooms solving and how is that benefiting you? It's helping us ensure that we are able to fit all our reservations on time!

What do you like best about SevenRooms? It has really helped with reservations, events, and Bottle Service tables What do you dislike about SevenRooms? There were some glitches in the beginning when we signed on, but they fixed all of them, and the system runs great now! What problems is SevenRooms solving and how is that benefiting you? Organization and sale of tickets and tables

"Very simple and efficent"
What do you like best about SevenRooms? Pretty efficent - straight forward booking system which enables to find database of customers and their preferance What do you dislike about SevenRooms? It is not transparent availability that reservation team puts and what concierge wants to book What problems is SevenRooms solving and how is that benefiting you? Time efficenncy for booking directly rather than phone calls with restaurants

"Stress-freeing"
What do you like best about SevenRooms? I love how helpful SevenRooms is in the division of my different email accounts and how wonderfully I can assign various inquiries to my peers. It is the best that I found after trying several platforms. What do you dislike about SevenRooms? I wouldn't say I like that; sometimes, I get confused with the "Closed" option. I would recommend changing how 'Closed' inquiries work and making it more user-friendly. What problems is SevenRooms solving and how ...
