I love the ease of use with Setmore and…
I love the ease of use with Setmore and the ability to accept payments online. I also loved being able to have a video appointment where a Setmore staff member provided me hands-on orientation to the platform

"Excellent software overall - really enjoy using it"
What do you like best about Setmore? We love the ability to see all the staff's appts either by the day or by the week. it runssmoothly and responds quickly, and the customer and staff notification options are excellent. We especially like the ability for the customer to cancel, reschedule or book new appts directly from the confirmation email that the customer recevies. What do you dislike about Setmore? I am using the free version of this appointment booking website for seasonal shows we do. I am not only pleased with how well it works, but ASTOUNDED at the pleasant, helpful customer service. I had questions when I first set it up, and got very good help over the phone. I later ran into a problem when someone in a different time zone made an appointment, and the online chat person handled it for me. I then had a different time zone caused problem, so I called, and he helped walk me through ...

Really Commendable!
Easy to understand UI. Had a call with the team. Commended me on having set up everything well. That's thanks to how easy it is to go through all the options on the website. Their customer service is excellent. Really peaceable personalities on the other side of the phone/mail. Just grateful to have found a space like Setmore to set up for my business

What do you like best about Setmore? Ease of scheduling and easy to see why they are coing in What do you dislike about Setmore? Can be difficult to view appointments on my google calendar in a timely fashion Recommendations to others considering Setmore: Google calendar sync needs to be upgraded What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you? Google calendar sync can take time to occur

Very good product and excellent…
Very good product and excellent customer support available unlike the other competing products. Had very good remote support from one of the support Tech Jardine. Overall it is a very good positive experience. I would recommend this product for booking appointments.
