Joshua was very professional and I like that his down to earth

Joshua was very professional and I like how Setmore goes over your booking page with you to make sure that your account is setup properly. This is something you won't find anywhere else. I'm in love with this company. They are concerned about preventing customers from losing money in the process of setting up their account, which is wonderful. Customer first is very significant.

Demo

I had a great experience today on my demo phone call with Joshua. He went over all of the options and different settings that I can use as a CERT to use the software. He also was helpful in explaining what was covered in the free version and what benefits, the premium or pro version have. He was also on time for our meeting and kept it brief which is important in todays busy environment. Lastly, he made sure I knew how to get further help and made sure all my questions were answered

Video Demo for Setmore Platform

While vetting this scheduling platform, I was able to immediately schedule a virtual demo. Swati Rajeev was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to answer all my questions as well as demonstrate the platform in real-time. This was a great experience with no pressure to purchase. I now have a better visualization on whether or not this platform will meet my business needs - thank you!

"Everything you need to run an appointment diary"

What do you like best about Setmore? It's easy to set up and run, and does everything I need . it's been my clinical diary for about four years now. Very rarely there is a glitch or issue, and the chat people are always very helpful and quick to respond What do you dislike about Setmore? There aren't really any down sides, although I would like to be able to have a record of when an appointment has been cancelled What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems
