I was helped by Setmore in a very friendly and effective way. The source of the problem I was having was immediately explained to me. When I had further questions, time was taken to answer all of them. The fact that this happened through an online call and screenshare made it very easy and personal. It was a pleasure to get help.

I was not expecting to get a welcome call when I signed up for Setmore, but I appreciated the personal touch. I did a demo with Joshua and he told me a lot useful tips and tricks about setting up my account. Joshua also took extra time to answer my specific questions which made me feel valued.
