Joshua was amazing!
Joshua was amazing! He listened to my questions and helped me resolve each and every one of them with so much patience. Not only did he resolve my issues he also helped me by explaining step by step so that I can do it myself in the future. He closed our video/audio meeting by letting me know that customer service is always happy to help. The call wait time was not even 30 seconds before he answered!
